Scott has over 18 years in the accounting and finance world with 15 years of that focused on financial systems, and leverages both financial and manufacturing best practices throughout the entire development cycle. He has supported clients both domestically and globally in the Energy, Aviation, Non-Profit, Aerospace, Ammunition, Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, and Professional Services industries.
Scott is adept not only in the development of client requirements and the implementation of new business processes and systems, but has extensive experience in the development of change management artifacts and the distribution of training to all affected users, solution architecture design, fosters a high rate of user adoption, and teams with all parts of the organization to develop detailed project plans and deployment strategies for a successful go live.
Data Architect

Carrie’s experience is vast when it comes to developing complex data architectures. Her strengths include business intelligence reporting, data warehousing, data architecture and has been in a lead role in several ERP implementations. She is an ambitious, hard-working self-starter with an excellent mind towards the business and unique ability to provide quick wins and foster user adoption.
Carrie’s achievements include leading an IT team through a 1.5 year, $5M ERP conversion project which included a new data warehouse and reporting platform, and spearheaded the legacy data conversion process to the new Deltek Costpoint system.

Nancy has over 20 years of experience in all phases of design and implementation of human capital management, accounting, and project finance experience. She has worked for both domestic and global clients within the Government Contracting, Commercial, Non-Profit, and Professional Services industries.
Nancy is adept at assessing client needs and adapting them into the design and configuration phase of each project. She is an expert at supporting clients through the testing, training, documentation, customization, and post go live phases.
